please read all of the return policies before requesting a return. all items are made to order per the customers request at time of order.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS:


If you receive an incorrect shipment and/or damaged items, please notify us within 3 days of receipt so we can arrange to have the correct item shipped to you and/or fix any damaged purchases. Notifications need to be sent to support@libertytreetee .com. We will not refund initial shipping cost. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc. and we request the item back), otherwise we do not pay for return shipping. if you ordered the incorrect item, contact us, and we will see how we can assist.

LOST PACKAGES:

Please  allow up to 14 business days for your package to be delivered. If your package still has not been delivered after 14 business days please contact support@libertytreetee.com. we will verify the tracking information. if the item shows delivered, it is delivered to the best of our knowledge. we would suggest also contacting the shipping carrier for more information.

Late or missing refunds

If you have been approved for a refund of any kind, and haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@libertytreetee.com.

clearance items

clearance items cannot be refunded.

REPLACEMENT ITEMS

We only replace items at our cost if they are defective, or damaged caused by liberty tree tees.

WRONG SIZE

DUE TO EACH ITEM BEING MADE SPECIFICALLY FOR YOU AT THE TIME OF ORDERING, WE DO NOT REFUND/EXCHANGE FOR CUSTOMERS ORDERING WRONG SIZES. WE DO PROVIDE A SIZE CHART AND ALL ITEM DESCRIPTIONS IN EACH LISTING. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU SELECT THE CORRECT SIZE. IF WE SEND THE WRONG SIZE, SIMPLY REACH OUT TO US.
